Cat Adoption Information
All our cats are indoor cats only. They will not survive outdoors. They must not ever be allowed outside.
Our cats must not ever be declawed under any circumstances. If you have furniture or expensive objects in your house that need protection from cats, our cats are not for you. Read more about declawing from The Paw Project or watch Jackson Galaxy’s video.
If you treat your cat with respect, they will treat you and your home with respect.
Keep their litterbox clean! Your new cat will love you for it and not pee on your furniture.
A cat adopter’s checklist
- Is your apartment safe for cats? Is your balcony or porch screened in?
- Are you prepared for veterinarian costs, vaccinations and dental check-ups?
- Who will take care of your cat when you travel?
- Will your whole family commit to caring for a cat?
- Do you have a plan for your cat in case you get sick?
- Is the possibility for a cat allergy ruled out or under control?
Adoption Fees
Our adoption fee is $100 per cat.
You can pick up your new cat from our facility near Birmingham, Alabama. We can also deliver your new cat to you if you live nearby. We do not ship our cats.
We require a vetenarian reference from you to be able adopt one or more of our cats.
We have invested hundreds of dollars, hundreds of hours of time and unlimited love in our cats. They are all lovely, well-behaving pets.
Every cat of ours will make a fantastic pet for you.
All our cats have been spayed or neutered, have received a check-up from a veterinarian and are up to date with their vaccinations and have been chipped.
